WOW. (The writer of the original post, not you.) I wanted to read the original post, but it’s private now. (This is one of my biggest gripes about blogging; if you’re going to write a ballsy post that starts controversy, don’t tuck your tail between your legs when things get hot!)

All of her “points” are completely lost on me. I agree with you that it’s all about the magic, not about being “politically correct.” There is a reason that children are children. Now, if one of the movies or a show was teaching them wrong or had something blatantly obvious — like someone saying “twenty-fo” instead of “twenty-four” (Yo Gabba Gabba) or a real porno scene in which the princess loses her virginity (no reference that I know of, luckily) — then rant away. But tearing apart Disney movies like this is silly and just makes me wonder whether she was just in a bashing mood and had nothing better to write about.
